Situated in the historic and charming town of Truckee, California, near Lake Tahoe, Old Greenwood offers a mountain lifestyle in one of the world's most sought-after destinations. The Residences at the Little Nell
With prices running from nearly $1.5 million to $3 million per share, this is currently the most expensive private residence club on the market. Adjacent to the historic Little Nell hotel, at the base of Aspen Mountain next to the Silver Queen gondola, the residences offer unmatched ski-in, ski-out luxury. Members own a deeded one-eighth undivided interest, which guarantees them a minimum of four "planned vacation weeks" annually. Owners may reserve an additional two weeks on a first-come, first-serve basis. The club's 26 three- or four-bedroom residences boast location, location, location and high-quality finishes. Amenities and services include 24-hour concierge, pre-arrival grocery shopping, 24-hour in-residence dining and room service and preferred access privileges to all four Aspen Skiing Company mountains (Aspen, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk).

The Club at Hidden Meadow Ranch
The club is located near Greer, Arizona, in the White Mountains, 8,000 feet above sea level near the two-million-acre Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. Scenic and serene, the club will ultimately have 28 shared-ownership log cabins, available at one-sixth shares starting at $295,000. Adjacent to Hidden Meadow Ranch, an exclusive boutique ranch retreat, club owners have access to the resort's amenities, including ranch-style cookouts, a private 12-person Sno-Cat equipped with a full bar, gourmet meals accompanied by an extensive wine list, horseback riding and trout fishing.

The Residence Club at Pronghorn
Located on 640 acres and surrounded by 20,000 acres of protected federal land near Bend, Oregon, Pronghorn is the first private golf community to offer a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course side-by-side. The club includes 76 shared residences, all situated along the Nicklaus course and a few minutes from the clubhouse and the family/spa/wellness center. The club's three- and four-bedroom villas are available from four to 12 weeks annually and are priced between $140,000 and $425,000. Owners have preferred access to the Nicklaus golf course, the Nicklaus lounge inside the clubhouse, the Nicklaus academy, concierge services and Pronghorn Adventures, planned outdoor excursions like fly-fishing and rock climbing.

The Roaring Fork Club
Spread out over 300 acres 15 miles west of Aspen, The Roaring Fork Club offers spectacular scenery, excellent fly-fishing and unforgettable golf on a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The club offers three fractional-ownership choices: a one-sixth deeded interest in a Lodge Residence ($250,000), a one-sixth deeded interest ($320,000) or a one-fourth deeded interest ($500,000) in a hand-hewn log cabin. Cabin owners who want to golf must purchase a golf membership for $200,000. The Roaring Fork Club also offers professional fly-fishing instruction, multiple hiking and cross-country skiing trails and a friendly, tightly woven community.

Palazzo Tornabuoni
Located in the heart of Florence, this 15th-century palace was once home to Pope Leo XI and the powerful Medici family. It is now being restored and transformed into urban Italy's first private residence club. Each of the 36 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences are located within the palace, which is conveniently close to the city's major attractions. Each member owns a one-eighth interest in one of the residences, which range in size from nearly 1,000 to approximately 3,000 square feet, and feature breathtaking interior decor. Prices run between $227,000 and $546,000. Owners also have privileged access (including private tastings and dinners) to the 800-year-old Castello di Fonterutoli winery, considered to be the definitive wine producer in the Chianti Classico region.

The Porches
Created for those who love the outdoor offerings of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, The Porches offers wholly owned and shared-ownership villas that are spacious and inviting. Owners also enjoy use of The Barn, the community's gathering place, which includes a fitness center, business facility, living room and lounge, and an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, gas grill and fire pit. A one-eighth deeded interest is priced between $320,000 and $400,000. The private residence club is priced at $435,000 for a one-tenth share (three guaranteed weeks) in the nature-inspired lodges, which are placed throughout the hillside and forested canyons, and are connected by a series of decks, trellised walkways and expansive outdoor living areas. The club also includes a private wine cave where members can safely store their prized vintages. Owners can enjoy weekly wine pourings with local vintners, planned wellness activities (everything from photography classes to yoga), and access to the resort's private restaurant and spa.
