Bolt Buys A Piece Of The Bahamian Rock, Acquires Ocean Front On Rum Cay

 

Jamaica's Usain Bolt who set a new World Record in the 100m (9.58) and in the 200m (19.19) at the 12th IAAF Athletics Championships in Berlin Germany, closed the deal on acquiring and ocean front property on exclusive Rum Cay in The Bahamas this week.

The island has just over 100 residents and Jamaica's super star sprinter and current world record holder in the 100m and 200m Usain Bolt has become the newest resident on the tiny island. He purchased a piece of ocean front property from a company named Paradise Is Mine.

Bolt's purchase undoubtedly adds to the luster of The Bahamian Islands considering the fact that his own country and other Caribbean islands are also jewels but he chose to buy property in The Bahamas.

Bolt joins super Olympian Carl Lewis, the former fastest man in the world, and other global celebrities rushing to purchase Caribbean real estate on Rum Cay.

The Paradise Is Mine company reportedly offers investors seeking oceanfront property tremendous real estate values and opportunities compared to other Caribbean locations. Bolt was quoted as saying, "Who wouldn't want to live on Rum Cay? It is magnificent. What an incredibly beautiful place."
